Represented Buyer (a public pharmaceutical company) in a cash-for-stock transaction involving a privately held medical technology company. Drafted an amended stock purchase agreement and negotiated hold-back provisions with Seller’s Counsel.

Planned and brought NYSBA section events to Cardozo Law. Promoted NYSBA membership to students and increased Cardozo law student membership.
